I doubt he has one and just wants to rage. Evident that revemoto or one of their lackeys is just pissed that dayusmc had the ability to call them out on their crap and make them eat the shit sandwich they were trying to serve him.You have the floor. What's the story according to you?
Yes I agree. Figured maybe dude or dudette had something worth considering in all this, but seems rage posting is all there is? Still if he/she wants the opportunity to salvage some reputation, I'd say they'd take the floor.I doubt he has one and just wants to rage. Evident that revemoto or one of their lackeys is just pissed that dayusmc had the ability to call them out on their crap and make them eat the shit sandwich they were trying to serve him.
Seems a lot of businesses and especially ones that deal with interstate internet sales can just play these games knowing that 99% of people do not have the financial resource means to push back on such things. They just fucked with the wrong dude this time that had those means to push back.
The story is the guy ordered wrong.I doubt he has one and just wants to rage. Evident that revemoto or one of their lackeys is just pissed that dayusmc had the ability to call them out on their crap and make them eat the shit sandwich they were trying to serve him.

Yeah, sounds like a "glass heart" situation here on the language thing. The story is the guy ordered wrong.
I seen everything and although I am not an employee there, but I heard more than 1 conversation he had where he talked reckless to a rep outside of claims before he even got to them.
He decided not to share the part number or anything before it became a claim and mocked how a Phillipines worker talked.
So I know a lot more than you or your kinfolk know.
The company is doing good according to most but Let's be HONEST, they tried working it out. He got disrespectful.
What upset me is not his opinion.
But how he left things out and tried to pin it on 1 person, who I personally know, tried to help. And that guy, comes from a Marine background as well.
Your opinion is fine.
Let's talk!!!
That person does has a glass heart as he is not confrontational at all and remained quiet while being yelled at on the phone.Yeah, sounds like a "glass heart" situation here on the language thing.
That's what I keyed in on as well.I'm not a fan of the thinly veiled 'come to Texas' threat, but I'm sure our USMC OP is more than capable.
What's worse than a business that has shitty customer service or products? One that posts on forums with a shitty attitude.
They have a claims department because they specialize with color match. And don’t forget, as there claims manager told me on the phone “he knows da law”…. The fact that a small company like that needs a full claims department speaks for itself.
I said everything exactly how it happened in the post. But thank you for dragging this old post back up, it reminds people of what ReveMoto tried and lets them decide if they want to risk doing business with them or go somewhere else…
Don't live at home, very grown and ya mama should've taught you something but she not built like that. And my saying is for you to go to Texas to visit the company and meet the team yourself. That's what I keyed in on as well.
Throwing a veiled threat around from your mom's house in Texas when the OP is in NJ? Ooooh. He's a tough guy.

Do you actually have a JT? I mean it would be relevant to this forum or did you join to defend smitten family only? Because that’s just about what it looks like. It’s not like people learning how to garden or build chicken coops end up here. Let’s get serious, if you do have a JT do have a Baxter or a catch can? How many ducks? How many ditch lights? Dammit people want to know!Don't live at home, very grown and ya mama should've taught you something but she not built like that. And my saying is for you to go to Texas to visit the company and meet the team yourself.
But like most of you run your mouth behind a keyboard and will never say the stuff to anybody face or never been in any action before any way.
Take them to the mat, and kick their ass. Also drag them through some fear of the power of a users forum, hopefully they will come out of this with the concept of “delighting a customer “ not blaming a customer for their lack of listening ability and a shitty attitude.I want to warn anyone who is considering buying painted body parts from ReveMoto to beware. They have multiple people there who answer technical questions that it appears English is not the primary language. This translates into incorrect information being communicated to the customers. Them they do not take responsibility for there actions and tell you to it is their way or no way.
They sent me Soort fenders instead of Highline Rubicon fenders. I had several phone calls and text with them confirming the ones I was ordering were Rubicon fenders. Apparently the person didn't understand that Mopar lists every model under fitment. So they just read "Rubicon" and said yep those are the Rubicon highline fenders.
When they came in I tried to deal with their "claims" department, but they had a bad attitude. I looked up the Mopar Rubicon highline fender kit on allmoparparts and provided ReveMoto with the correct part number. Their response, "the part number you provided is a discontinued part number and is for a Jeep JL, you ordered Rubicon fenders". When I explained that a JL is a model year not trim model, it took them 45 minutes to reply and their reply was, we are very familiar with models JL, JK, JT, etc. clearly they had no clue and must have googled it. Their "claims manager" called me and had a bad attitude and tried to blame it on me.
I had given them a chance to simply make it right by sending a call tag for the wrong fenders and send me the correct ones. His reply, pay an additional $600 and we will...
I had already sent them a letter that if they did not correct their mistake I would be filing a suit in court. Their "claims manager's" response, "I know the law and you we are in Texas you can't take us to court in NJ". Big mistake, I am an attorney, I have taken many companies that were outside NJ to court in NJ and won. So now I am forced to file a suit that will likely end up costing them six time s the amount of money than if they had just done the right thing. Unfortunately for the owners when they high people like their "claims manager" with bad attitudes, they end up paying the price.
The sad part is how many other people have they messed up their order and then told them to beat feat. For me it isn't a big deal because I am an attorney and I can file the suit and ask for attorney fees in court. But for a normal person they would just be screwed because legal fees for an attorney to file a suit would be at a minimum of $2500. Not really worth it for $1300 fenders. I am only filing the suit because of their claim managers bad attitude.
I am sharijg this ordeal with everyone so they can be aware of the way ReveMoto handles things. So if you are considering buying from ReveMoto, hopefully me sharing my experience will give you insight on their business practices.
