My 2024 Rubicon came standard with Adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning, this means everything is there for automatic high beam dimming, it just isn't enabled. Without the active safety group you do not get it (same with Mojave). I enabled it yesterday using JScan and it works great. I live in a very rural area had to drive a bit to find traffic to test it with haha. You can enable this using other methods but I used the JScan software on my phone, you also need a bluetooth adapter for your ODBII port and a gateway by pass cable. Less than 60 dollars total. I also changed a few other settings while in there. Here is the step by step from JScan's Facebook page:
Go to Adaptations and open group "Auto Headlamp & Auto High Beam"
Auto High Beam -> Activated it will activate this option
Auto High Beam Module Location -> Select IRCM - this tells ecu where the module is installed
Auto High Beam On Threshold -> 25 km/h - this is default on some cars, on others it is 0 and in booth cases it should work.
Auto High Beam Off Threshold -> 20 km/h - this is default on some cars, on others it is 0 and in booth cases it should work.
Auto High Beam CSM Present-> Activated Radio settings screen under "Lights", adds the menu selection so you can turn it on or off
You do need to have the camera that comes with adaptive cruise control and forward collision to make this work.
