I just want to give my two cents on a alterative to low buck LED headlight bulbs if you live in a snow state.
So when I ordered my 2021 JL Willys sport, I swapped in a set of beamtech LED headlight, and fog light bulbs. The difference was night and day. Fast forward to winter and they sucked during snow storms due to lack of producing heat to keep the lenses clear. So I wanted to go a different route with the Gladiator Willys. Seemed my only real option without spending a chunk of change was to stay Halogen. After spending 25 years with with the 91-96 Chevy B-body Caprice/Impala SS, I am quite versed in dealing with piss poor headlight performance. So I decided to try Sylvania Silverstar Ultras. The result was expected. Greater light output. The distance was almost twice that of the stock bulbs. The brightness was more improved. It is still a bit scattered, but I found that true with the LEDs.
The Silverstars are a great mid road mod. Not as bright as some LED, but certainly a major step over stock. The color of the Silverstars in a little whiter than stock as well. Got mine a package of two at Wal-Mart for $47. Now I can see the deer before they see me.

I cast my vote for halogens. The halogens are far more than adequate, except perhaps when being blinded by oncoming traffic with piercingly white and overly bright LEDs, especially the aftermarket LEDs people put into halogen housings that throw glare everywhere.

I think one day scientists will eventually study the effects on humans of all these ultra-bright LED strobe lights (which is what they are) and find out they are bad for us.

I’ve used these in my non-LED vehicles and agree that they are very good!

I got the same ones on Amazon on sale 2 months ago. I think they were $31. Haven't installed yet, but looking forward to them. Have had them in other vehicles.

I put those Sylvania H13 bulbs in my 22 Gladiator that had the factory halogens. Worked no problem.
Definitely an improvement over stock. The weather is changing around here, I need to get a set and put in the wife's Wrangler.

I would not count on Amazon for automotive accuracy. Ebay either. H13/9008 is the correct bulb if you have Halogens.

I used to use these in my FJ Cruiser, they're much better than stock but I had to replace them somewhat frequently as well. Enough that I kept a spare in the car.
