Here in Boston, there are lots of garages that are posted with less than 6' 3" clearance, and some with taller clearances where some parking spaces have sprinkler pipes or other issues that bring clearance down. Measure your clearance and seek out a garage that's posted as being taller... But still look before backing in!
Yeah this is a problem in basically every city on the east coast that has tried to retain historical buildings. There were several place in DC when I lived there where I had to bill the Uber instead of mileage because I knew I wasn't going to fit.

There's a whole can of worms when it comes to parking garages.

You have Federal ADA guidelines and local codes.

For ADA there has to be 8'-2" from floor to lowest overhead.

Most areas 7' is standard from floor to lowest overhead.

Some areas allow 6'-6" from floor to lowest overhead.

In any of these cases, a stock height JT will fit.
Don’t go to Miami. There was one directly beside an area where I used to have meetings and it was 63 I remember almost decapitating my unlifted 4x4 2500 Dodge ram. Several years ago. Thank goodness I don’t hardly ever have to go down there anymore….not just because of the parking.

Lots of 6'2" garages in DC. A stock gladiator might fit, but mine needs at least 6'10" with the lift and tent. It's made for some long walks...

most parking structures should have a bar hanging at entrance that is marked at max height for vehicles

The only problem is that it's the lowest point in the garage relative to the floor immediately below it... beware the wheelbase because I took out an antenna that cleared at the entrance but hit in the garage because that low point was at the bottom of a ramp. Front wheels going up raised the truck just enough to clip it.

Newer construction, too. The whole 1960s-era Prudential Center/Hynes Convention Center/Sheraton complex in Boston has multiple large underground garages that are all posted as 6' 0".

I ran into this for the first time over the summer, when I was trying to park in an unfamiliar garage down in CT. The grade down into the garage was so steep that my 6' 3" roof hit the dangling clearance sign that was supposed to be at 6' 5". And that was AFTER checking the clearance sign on Street View ahead of time! I backed out and didn't risk it.

So finally took a look at the entrance to the garage in question and I don't think the Jeep is going on the trip...

Not with the sign warning of the clearance being 5'-7"...

Bring an air compressor and air down to single digit PSI in the tires, you’ll lose 1-2 inches of height 🤣👍🏻
