Got mine back yesterday from the recall. Much better pedal feel and I haven't had the rattle that most of us have had (yet)

Got mine back yesterday from the recall. Much better pedal feel and I haven't had the rattle that most of us have had (yet)
Very nice. Did they do it quick?

Very nice. Did they do it quick?
Not really, but i dropped it off on a Friday, then there was the weekend, then Thanksgiving, got it back the following Friday. I have a feeling it was ready Wednesday and they just never called. They gave me a loaner, so I didn't care.

Yep been doing that the past year. Lesson learned.
And I agree that it's sad that this is necessary. But my old pickup is the same. One possible explanation might be to avoid over torque of the differential in reverse. 4-low adds the front diff as well.
