Driveshaft carrier bearing noise

I recently noticed some noise coming from the rear end and I think I tracked it down to the driveshaft carrier bearing.

See the video below.

Any idea what this could be? Any help and suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you running a carrier bearing spacer?
I am not. I’m running only a 2.5” lift (Clayton Overland+ - I know that they run tall…).

What size would you recommend?

Well mine AEV 2" kit came with a carrier bearing drop. I'm not moving up to a MC GC 4.5" kit and I will retain that same carrier bearing drop
