I got a brand new 2024 Mojave X
Pretty happy with it……. Except that there is a water leak in to the cabin by the pillar of the passenger’s door
I took it back to the dealership they replaced the seal on the door but it is still leaking in when you run it through the car wash or rain. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
Can anybody help me with suggestions of what to do??
Thanx in advance

Did you tighten the bolt on the top too much?
Many threads, hard to guess without knowing where exactly the water is coming in from. Try using a high pressure hose on the outside to locate the leak.

It's under warranty, use it. Take it to the dealer.

I did everything I could to fix mine but still every time I brake during heavy rain, the water that pooled up on the roof and the gutter would leak in through the door near the pillar. Weirdly the thing that fixed it was a soft top as the soft top rest in the gutter when closed. It’s not a solution but that’s my experience.
Mine was an install issue, I swapped between ST and HT and then finally got a Sunrider. It leaked exactly like you're describing when braking or going down hill. I removed the Sunrider and reinstalled it and issue went away. Finally sold the Sunrider and put the freedom panels back in and it came back. Removed the panels loosened the pass. side front HT bolt and re-secured everything and no leak going on 6 months now, in the PNW that's getting a ton or rain right now.

OP could try loosening and re-securing everything, will need to get the bolt above the center roll bar.

Totally agree with you, and that's what I'm doing
Thank you
Good that your doing that. I had them torque the loose nut's on the front end at 2 k with my first oil change. With these warranties it's good to have a service record from the dealer that it was looked at and fixed. Good luck.
