Rockhard 4x4 also makes a full line of hand made aluminum bumpers and skids. I have their full width front. 1/4 inch hard aluminum weigh 37 pounds and looks great.

I assume you are not talking about rockhard as being ugly ? Rockhard are not all the bling like some , but they are built awesome and (IMO) are still really good looking.

Here is my ROCK HARD with a few custom features.
After weighing my JL Willys I decided to put it on a diet.
lost 65lbs with aluminum front bumper.
Lost 35lbs with a rear aluminum bumper.
Lost 85lbs with a rear muffler and skid plate delete.
Lost 100lbs with Next Adventure full skid plates.

+1 for the Rock Hard 4x4 Aluminum bumper. It's fantastic and is really lightweight, especially once you install a winch.

I made them on my metal lathe.
I have a home machine shop and can make almost any thing.

I think Savvy is one of the nicest looking options.

Really like their stuff. Wish I’d seen this before I went with EVO. Though the EVO aluminum bumper is great those Savvy bumpers look a little cleaner.
