6’3”. Tall in the torso. Seat Jackers helped. Removed the plastic from the soundbar and now it’s perfect. Huge difference.

Can you post a photo with the plastic removed?

I’m 6’3” and tall in the torso, too. I was wondering what all this was about hitting the soundbar, till I ran the flat of my hand behind my head and felt how close the soundbar is. Fortunately, the way I already had the seat adjusted it just hasn’t been an issue.

All the room I need, but not a half inch more, LOL.

6'5" with Seat Slammers installed and set at the full 2" drop.

No more knee resting on the tcase shifter. Headroom is better and overall visibility way improved. Someone else said it but it's much more like you are sitting IN the truck vs ON it.

The Slammers do effectively move the seat backwards as well so headroom might be a little different depending on roll bar location for your torso/leg ratios...

Overall I'm good. Can run 15hr trips and no issues.

My seat slammers are installed.

They do everything they say.

Still glad this isn't my daily lol.

The power seats seem to have fixed the issue. I was one of the people who was REALLY complaining about the Gladiator seating a few years back. I had been given a Gladiator for my rental vehicle when I took a day trip several years ago. The inability to move the seat back far enough made that a miserable experience and I was vocal about it in every review I commented on. In fact, it kept me from even considering a Gladiator as a replacement for my JK.
I am 6'0" pretty much exactly and weigh about 305. However, I am built "weird", kind of like a giant dwarf where most of my height is in my trunk and my arms and legs are relatively short.

This makes me wonder: did they fix all the seats or is it really just the power seats or was there something wrong with that rental I had? Given others posting almost the exact same comments, I am thinking it is the power seats. Has anyone put seat placement as one of the requests in the thread for Gladiator changes? Either that or power seats for veryone at no extra charge. :P

I ordered seat slammers this weekend. As a 6-4 guy, I fit okay, but this thread plus reviews elsewhere, it’s worth a shot to make it more comfortable.

I installed the seat slammers with the full 2” option which is the jackers in front and no spacers in the rear.

what a difference! My head is still close to the sound bar, but much more comfortable on the legs and my knee doesn’t hit the 4x4 knob anymore. Way more leg room is a huge plus!

The only thing I am a little unsure of is the angle of the seat back. All the way forward, it leans a little further back than I am used to. I am going to give it a couple weeks and then decide if I want to put a spacer in the back to tilt the seat forward just a bit. The worst part was the electrical connectors. Even after being released, they were really tight to get to pull apart. Start to finish was about 90 minutes.
