Help hooking up Hooke road rock crawler bumper to 2021 gladiator willys

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep gladiator Willy's after totaling my Subaru Forester into a deer twice. My husband ordered a hook off-road rock crawler Bull bar bumper for me so I'll be safe. I'm trying to hook up the fog lights. The gladiator has ONE plug with three wires but the rock crawler bumper has a red and black wire on each side with no plugs on anything. I'm terrified I'm going to short something out or make myself have electrical problems. Is there a adapter plug that you can buy or what? Anybody know? Help is much appreciated.

I will let you know how I did mine as soon as in can look at it. I do know I cut the wires beyond the plug on the bumper side to keep the plug in case I have to remove the bumper.

Yes I'm going back and forth with them. You have to text them and wait. So we shall see. I thought maybe somebody had one & can tell me how to do it easily, without a bunch of hoo-ha

Do your factory lights not fit in the bumper?

No the factory lights are round and the rock crawler bumper lights are square

You are not going to find a plug and play solution unless you can take out the harness and fog lights on your removed bumper and can install them on you new bumper place of the lights on there now from Hooke.

Easiest way is to cut about 6" plus from the removed bumper factory connector harness and use that as your pigtail to splice in the Hooke bumper light wires. The white/yellow is power for the left light and white/orange is power for the right light. Black is the common ground and both black wires coming off the lights can be spliced into that.

If electrical is not your thing, I highly suggest finding somebody local like family member or friend that knows electrical to help with this as hand carrying someone through the internet is fraught with issues and a bazillion questions back and forth.

Thank you for that with the input on which wire is for what. I appreciate it. The hook off road rock crawler bumper lights come with a black wire and a red wire for the left and a black wire and a red wire for the right. I'm assuming that the black is ground. Is that right? Then I can take the red wire from the left and hook it up to the white and yellow and the red wire from the right and hook it up to the white and orange and then take the two black wires and hook them to the black wire for the ground. Right? That makes sense to me. I just want to make sure that that's correct so I don't have some sort of electrical shorting out issue. I'm sure I can find the male plug to build from AutoZone. I used to be in commercial manager there. Or I can cut the wires 6 inches back and splice it in as you suggested. I just wanted to make sure which wires which

Other issues to be aware of include the draw of the lights being used compared to the factory lights, and switching between LED and Halogen. The computer monitors the draw of the lights. If it doesn't match the range expected, it cuts power to the lights. If you switch between types, make sure the computer is updated before turning the lights on to test them.

Oh crap, good call. Maybe I should just take it to Jeep and have them do it. That way if it screws up they're liable for it. What do you think?
