Being on my 4th Gladiator, I probably started out on the Frankenstein path but now make a effort to stick with one brand going with any suspension changes but it is not a cross I will die as an absolute.
Sometimes mixing things up in certain areas can lead to vendor blame-game...........

It does make it easier to get replacement or repair parts if it all came from one source!
Or it makes it harder if that single source is closed, out of stock, has a huge backorder on the part you need you're 100% at their mercy?

Over the last couple months I have bought a few parts for my JT and @RebelOffRoad, @Metalcloak, and @WOLFBOX all have great customer service. I am not necessarily brand loyal but if the company makes good parts and has excellent customer service I would choose them over another company that may have a better part but lacks in the customer service area. My JT came with Redneck Ram Hydraulic steering setup. I was having issues with it and called them up and the guy stayed on the phone with me and troubleshot the issue for about an hour and even looked up the original order and we figured out the issue. He gave me a few suggested to resolve it without spending money but ultimate I decided to upgrade the ram as the one installed was for 37inch and smaller tires and I have 42s. He walked me through how to take all the proper measurements and everything he needed to get me a custom length ram that would work correctly for me.

Not brand loyal in general. I've have stuff from all over. The bumper on my Gladiator is Amazon special but actually a JK bumper. Reason why, it was fast delivery for protection from deer . Best bang for my $$ is a priority for much. My Wrangler looks like I had stock in Tuffy and Rock hard, but bumpers are Tompkins. My XJ is Frankenstein built other than the bumpers. Lift kits "I'll probably be burned at the stake on" Rusty's on my XJ and Gladiator. I've had good luck and service from them, and now I live in AL. My first winch is a Ramsey still going, I've seen many failures and few brands that only one model they make I'd trust. A few orders from Northridge, 4 WD parts, Q-Tec, Summit and others. Tom Woods driveshaft in XJ with a R.E. hack-n-tap SYE, Frankenstein 231 of few put together.

I like stickers, they make my tool box faster. I can't get it faster if I'm always buying the same brand....;)

loyal until im not.

I run all metalcloak suspension. they will be my first option every time i want something for my jeep. Fenders, skid plates, anything. My experience with MC has been far beyond what i get from most companies. I can not preach about them enough. I know not everyone has that experience, but its that way for me.

If i have a bad experience or 'meh' im unlikely to use your services again, especially if your customer service was just as poor. LOOKING AT YOU URBAN CYCLING!

I like what I like from socks, to favorite cereal, to jeep mods. Ill use what i like until it changes or my lifestyle changes.

I'm very anti-sticker. I'm not gonna buy your product and then advertise for you too. Fuck off with that nonsense. I've got boxes of brand stickers from various things.

But if you wanna give me stuff? Sure I'll slap your sticker somewhere.

I'm a musician. I use a lot of big brand gear. I talk to a lot of people about the equipment I like to use but I won't advertise it for them unless we've entered some kind of agreement.

They don't even put them on ours - of course those don't sit on the lots, either.
But when we bought off the lot, if there were stickers, they got removed.

You think it's bad now.................. this is dealer advertising from 1952 - the visor mirror from Dad's 1952 Ford ->
