I figured I would start one for my own tracking of what happens to this thing.

Recently bought a slightly used 23 with 5600 miles for $35k. I was able to trade in my 2018 VW Alltrack for slightly more than I paid for it new, and it's getting harder to find low miles diesels that aren't boring colors so it was time to pull the trigger.

It's pretty close to the spec I would have done myself, enough tech that I'll actually use without all the sensor crap for parking, cruise, etc.

The nice thing about these Jeeps is y'all are constantly selling takeoffs for pennies so I've been able to do some upgrades on the cheap. I swapped the plastic Mopar running boards for the rock rails I picked up for $25. I also removed the Willys decals because it's not a Willys.

I grabbed this Rough Country tube bumper for $200

Someone was selling their full Banks setup for $500 out of another 23 Gladiator, so I plugged that in and it makes a crazy difference on this platform!

I picked up a steel Rubicon bumper for $200 to replace the giant plastic one up front, and used AlfaOBD to convert to the LED fogs that came with it.

All in so far I'm at $36,925 all in. It will be interesting to see where that number ends up

I honestly didn't want 37s, and I really didn't want black wheels, but got a crazy deal through JKS. They have these black Method 305s with 37 K02s for $468 each:

Then, if you add the 20% discount for onX Elite members, it ended up being $1500 for 4 mounted, balanced, with TPMS, shipped to my driveway.

They actually fit without rubbing due to the long diesel bumpstops.

I put a 3" franken lift on with Fabtech diesel springs, Rancho RS7MT shocks, Core 4x4 track bars and end links for about $1250 total.

After I sold the stock Willy's wheels for $400 and the KM2s for $600, the 37s really only cost me $500. $1750 with the lift.

Add in another $1000 for random stuff like a bimini top, RokBlokz, LED lights, and now I'm at $39,675(ish).

Wow, that's a solid price. I just put 315s on or that price would have probably talked me into 37s.
