Sun Visor Rattle

First Time Poster here -
Picked up a 2022 EcoDiesel Ruby back in January and have been doing the Jeep thing which is upgrade till my bank account is empty. I've discovered in my travels with this vehicle that on rough road and even somewhat smooth road, there is an annoying rattle coming from the clips that hold the sun visor in place. Mainly the passenger side inside clip where it is rattling against the metal frame. Considering we drive Jeeps and there are a lot of rattles, it was difficult to narrow down posts for this specific issue.

Does anyone have a particular solution for this issue? I was going to 3D print a TPU washer but I don't have the material at the moment. Looking for a short term to long term solution if anyone has suggestions as I am about to drive across country and back in a week.

I've had a slightly different problem with my 2020 driver side visor that just began a couple of weeks ago, the pivoting arm falls out of its hole. No it can't fall completely out but when I push
it back in it only stays until then next hard bump, unsure how to access it from the other side,
or if that's even possible. Crazy glue might work but then the visor would be 'fixed' in place. Any
ideas out there ? I don't expect much help from my dealer on this one.

Noted for future. I took some rubber washers I had laying around and wedged them around the clips to mute the clattering. A dab of silicone back there could have done wonders, not sure other than being cheap why they wouldn't have done that at the factory.
