Your Overland sits level? Overlands have a serious rake. When I put Rubicon LE springs on mine, the front raised almost 2” and the rear stayed about the same.

The largest that you can go without any lift or leveling, without any doubt of ever rubbing, is 275/70/18. You can go 285/70/18. I did and it never rubbed on my stock Overland springs. I never disconnected the front swap bar though so I can’t comment on if it would and it’s going to depend on the tire. Some run larger than others.

Stock Willys size is 265/70R17 which translates to 265/65R18. That'll fit no problem.

Stock Rubicon size is 285/70R17 which translates to 285/65R18. Those'll fit, too, but it'll be tighter.

Plenty of A/T and R/T tires available in both those sizes.

275/70/18 is almost identical to the rubicon 17s. They fit no problem and there are tons of options in that size.

Seriously? Wow, I got a whopping 7/8" up front with Rubicon springs.

I've seen most here say "roughly 1" all around" for "Rubicon springs" under the Overland and Sport levels. (I dug into every post I could find that was "how much lift will you get..........)
It's why I was originally going with Rubicon springs on my 2020 - 1" lift the others talked about. I got a tad less than that. Most were talking 1 to 1.25" as I recall. And that makes sense because the Rubicon doesn't really sit higher than Overland if you take account of the tires and fender flares.

The Overland does have decent rake - but seems to me the others, (other than Rubicon and Mojave), do as well. (a lot depends on the options on both the donor and the receiving JT as far as amount of lift)

I was surprised as to how much my Mojave X has, really. I figured for it to sit fairly level. Thankfully it has at least some rake because I did buy it as a TRUCK.
I'll fix it when the winch and snow plow stuff goes on. THEN it will have some more rake.

I have all of the measurements, before and after, for both Overlands I've owned.

Installed a set of Rubicon Diesel springs on my 2025 Sport and it gave me +1.75" Front and +1.0" rear. With the EVO 1/4 pounder bumper and 12K winch, front has settled to +1.0" from stock.

Those would be perfect for someone wanting to add steel bumper, winch and so on since they are for the extra weight being up front. Good choice.

Yeah, I lucked into finding them local on FB Marketplace. Came off one of the last 2023 Diesels with the "Farout Edition" package that had the steel front bumper so I knew the springs would be rated to do what I needed out of them.

My Overland had a stupid amount of rake to it and It almost leveled my Jeep. I also had the LE springs that you don’t see as much. Maybe it was closer to 1.5” than two but it was at least 1.5”.

Those are the spring part numbers

When I installed diesel sport springs on the front of my Gladiator, the ride became too stiff. I thought all diesels had the same spring rate.

Even for diesels across the different models, the spring rates were different AFAIK. I do know the very early diesels had problems of bottoming out and they had to redesign the spring rates for them. Do not know when that cut in was.

Rubicon springs in general tend to be more bouncy or floating in ride and the Rubicon Diesel springs I used seemed to mirror that. I also used the take of Rubicon red shocks that came off the same vehicle as the springs and seems to be a decent match. I also did front/back replacement.
