interesting, close. I'm getting a green screen followed by flashing staggered and accessional white noise. but yes. I am running a taser. The video posted is not playing on my end but I assume you are getting the Blue Screen of Death followed by the Black Screen of Death, AND you are running a TAZER.
While I do not have an aftermarket front camera through the tazer (or even an OEM), I do have my monitor set to turn on every time I use my blinkers.I have seen similar video signal interruptions with an aftermarket (Tazer) front camera. The head unit and camera works properly with the factory rear camera. I suspect my problem is specific to the aftermarket front camera either the camera or wiring/connections. The problem is intermittent and I have not been able to determine the problem.
I look forward to seeing responses to your post and potential fixes for this problem.
Usually what I described clears up after a full reboot of the Tazer and one sleep cycle.interesting, close. I'm getting a green screen followed by flashing staggered and accessional white noise. but yes. I am running a taser.
so I'll throw it into the mix, is the taser going bad?
let me know if it helps. I did update mine in hopes it would make a difference. it didn't.I have the same issue. My front and rear cameras randomly go to a green screen with the "noise". I've also noticed that the front camera icon on the head unit will flicker while moving down the road, but the rear icon stays solid. When I stop, they both are solid. This only occurs when the green screen issue is active. I also have a Tazer JL mini hooked up. I'm going to unmarry and remove the Tazer today to see if that is the issue.
Ill be trying this for sure. thanks. After reading someone's comment in another group I tried this.
Reinstalled the Tazer and re-married it
Performed a "Full Reboot" and two complete sleep cycles.
It seems the Full Reboot was the trick. It's been five days since, with no camera issues.
