Jeep Cares has been completely useless in offering any assistance. This dealer has no loaners, I’m paying out of pocket right now in the hope that you people will reimburse me which probably won’t happen since the dealer has refused to give me a closed out repair order on either of the previous visits. The rep also doesn’t have the same info the dealer does as I was told the new transfer case would deliver this week and the dealer says it has not even shipped.

You treat your customers like dirt. The feds should’ve let your company collapse back in 2008/09.

Crickets as usual from all involved. I had to call the dealer myself for an update. T-Case should arrive Thursday so with the holiday it probably means another weekend without the truck. All this nice weather I’ve missed having to pay myself for some tin can Mazda that isn’t suitable considering I bought a truck for a reason.

Jeep got the T-Case in today. I'm out $1,000 in rental fees until the useless rep gets me a check. Can't wait for this POS to break again. Remember, Jeep does not care about us.



This breakdown ruined my summer vacation plans. I will not forgive you for this.

Make sure you guys are leaving reviews for businesses that are reviewable on Google maps etc. Its an important consumer tool that can help others in the future and businesses right their course.
