They come preassembled in a big sort of flat box tied into the bed's anchor points.

I'd be interested in the differences such as the mounting points shown a few posts earlier today - something changed. There are some differences between what some others have vs. mine.
Since it's a Jeep part - the dealer can only order another one through their parts depot, apparently.

Open side of box, there's a sliding tray in the box - pull that out, lift the sunrider off the formed foam pads, install.
Yeah. Mine needed assembly. Long narrow box. Sounds like the Jeep version is maybe the problem.

Tried to grab a snippet - they don't really show you a good side view with the doors closed - but - look at the gap at the front - almost not there compared to the rear -

Starlink allows you to have complete autonomy from providers.
Starlink is your provider, aren't they? They've had hiccups before but not like any other "local provider".. (not to mention I bet they are over $100/month for 1 gig up and down)

The molding looks very different from mine. Looks like a different plastic compound.
I don't know why but the phone camera made that look blue! It's not.......

Most of the missing gap at the front in this pic looks to be the seal filling in. I don’t have that seal on my 2020, but will have to look at the gap from front to back in the AM. It also could be the angle of the picture making the gap look like it is shrinking.

That's definitely a 2020 or early 21 as it has none of the modified water drain stuff that went into them for 22 or later.

This is an early model JT for sure.

Still - it definitely drops going forward - more watching at full screen. Not as much as mine, but it's not a nice even gap.

@ShadowsPapa it all just seems like such a pain ? I am the kinda guy that would just throw it out back next to the old bumpers and forget about it.
I aint got that kinda patience. Especially if it dont fit right

It’s our only option here. Pretty rural. Yes. More expensive and definitely not a gig. But plenty fast to do all my work and stream whatever. No hiccups of any kind yet.

Before the fiber went in - I was awfully tempted by it - we've been using a cellular router for years and it's worked, but the speeds aren't great, and it had a 100gig cap per month. They called it unlimited, but........... yeah.

Then I saw the trucks roll in with the huge rolls of orange on trailers, big drills and other stuff.......

I don't give up easily............ in this case, it's a part that has Jeep warranty and support.
If they fail or end up not making things right, I'll get almost $1,000 back (you can be sure of that LOL)
But Jeep sold this part - they gotta make it work/right.

I am just waiting for the Terminator. At least we know they can't run as fast as a speeding vehicle.

Pics of my 2020 - note the gap tapers towards the front, as expected for water drainage. Just enough gap at the front to not drag on the door frame. But you can see it wouldn’t take much to get the interference you are experiencing. The rails also have a slight upward tilt as seen from the front view, which may account for the lack of door frame interference.
