How long did you keep your stock wheels?

Hello all. I haven’t been on here long. I recently purchased a ‘25 Rubicon. Naturally, I want to upgrade a few things. Wheels are a definite at some point. That being said, I don’t think they look too bad. It seems everyone on this forum has upgraded wheels. My question is, how long did you guys have your trucks before spending money on wheels? And a side question, does anyone still use their stock Rubicon wheels?

50miles. The distance it took to drive home, load up new wheels and 35's, and drive to the tire shop for install.

I sold mine while they were still new enough to get some decent money out of them. I think I'm around $600 all in on Methods and 37s after the JKS deal, onX discount, and selling my stock setup.

Never changed wheels on anything I've owned other than a Ram 2500 that came with 20" wheels and I wanted 18" so I bought someone's OEM 18" takeoffs for cheap.

Seeing deals pop up, I'm thinking that when my tires are worn enough to replace for $2K, I'll instead grab a set of take offs for a few hundred instead!

When I go to sell my truck, I'll pick up some cheap takeoffs to put on it. Sell the aftermarket stuff separately.
