Thinking about going to an 18 with a 37x12.5 toyo at3. The site I was shopping on only had positive off sets meaning pushed in I was hoping a neg offset would push the wheels out and eliminate the need for a lift where did you find you wheels what is the offset?

Well, I did 0 offset which pushed the wheels out by I think 1.7" or so. I didn't want the bro dozer look or rocks/mud slinging all over the side.....but I should've went positive offset to pull them in a bit more.... like a 12mm would've been perfect on my spoet s diesels regular width axels. 17x8.5" wheel and 12.5" wide 37.

I hope these are going on a Rubicon or Mojave without a lift. Either way, I went with a 17x9 wheel with -12 offset. They pushed the tires out about 1.5in outside of the fenders. I went with 35x12.50 Factory wheels are +44 for reference.

There are many threads that talk about offset. Get you a beer or two and just start reading. A lot of great information and a few will have an offset calculator. That will help you see what the new wheel/tire looks like compared to the factory. Just for reference, my wheels are 12mm offset and the tire is 12.5", the tire sticks out about 1.25" past the fender.

I picked up Mopar Beadlocks from the Jeep dealer I bought the gladiator from, they matched the best online price I could find.

I bought mine from Trailbuilt. After shopping around it ended up being the best deal for my combination considering they came mounted/balanced ready to go. My wheels are 17x9 -12mm offset. Tire 12.50.

I shopped around quite a bit and ended up with the Rocktrix RT 105.
I chose the +12mm offset (5.5” backspace).
I ended up putting 285/70/17 KO2’s on them and it ended up being a great fit for me. I did not want them to stick out very much.
(below are some before/after shots)
The Jeep is a Max tow, 4.10 gear, wide Dana 44 axles, etc.

I'm running an MB Wheel Legacy, from Discount Tire. I got a great deal on them.
They're 17 x 8.5, with a -6 offset, fitted with stock-size (245x75/17) AT tires.
They stick out past the fender about an inch.

Great looking rigs in here!

17-inch offers a little more flexibility in terms of rim width, such as 17x8,5.

In 18-inch, the majority of the offerings are 9 to 9.5-inches wide with 0 to -18mm offset. The wider the wheel and the lower the offset, the further the wheels are going to sit outwards.

An an example, an 18x9 with 0 offset is going to sit 2.5-inches further out when compared to the stock wheels, not including tires.
