That almost looks like it's been touched up before.This area on the top of my dash is flaking . It’s a 2020. I wish they would make a better product. Any suggestions for a fix ?

NY shouldn't have a problem with UV at all.
Use SEM, not ordinary paint. It's made to expand and contract with vinyl and plastic.
I've had 40 year old car dashes that held up better than that. Can't say I've ever seen one flake - ever. They are usually not painted, but made in the correct color so they don't need a color layer.
