this is the most commented one and here is the suspected o2 bracket culprit … all the talks are ultimately dead ends

I see it now, there is definitely some play on it. I am going to put some high temp tape/foam on it and see if that fixes it!

The only thing is, mine goes away once I push on the clutch pedal (an inch) and will come back when im off of it, which I don't think would be that bracket, but maybe!

Will update everyone tomorrow.

2022 manual JT here as well. I’ve got 18,xxx miles on mine and it has done this for me from day 1. Only in 2nd or 3rd gear when under a decent load (like going up a hill) and it goes away when I put the slightest pressure on the clutch pedal-comes back if I release. Doesn’t cause me any issues and I’ve learned to live with it for now. Definitely doesn’t sound like a TB to me. And not transmission chatter since my NV4500 in my dodge chatters slightly anytime the engine is running.

Maybe it’ll cause an issue for me in the future. If it does I’ll go aftermarket clutch. No clue what it is though. Weird that it only happens around gears 2-3 under load.
Harmonic vibrations . Thats what I think

I have the exact same noise. Dealership changed both phasers and oil control valve. Those changed the noise a little but 100% still there. Let us know if the O2 sensor bracket is the culprit.

I zip tied the 02 sensor bracket tight to the driving column for a quick straight way. It still made the noise. but there is some play in that 02 sensor so I would imagine it is a problem for some people. just not mine.

I am going to try the spring in the clutch pedal tomorrow. Will update you guys!

FWIW, I replaced that spring with this one from ACT. Mainly because I was bored one day and felt the need to tinker. While it did improve the return strength and general feel of the pedal, I still have a similar rattle during acceleration. So, at least in my case, it wasn't related. I have just sort of never got around to looking further into it, considering the noise is the only symptom.

Edit......forgot to mention. Depending on the size of your hands, you might want to grab a band aid for the inevitable knuckle scrapes while rooting around under there. I do recall cursing like a damn sailor trying to replace that spring.
