Gorilla Lug Nuts available?

Has anyone had a splined socket snap? What is the advantage of splined sockets? I prefer the old acorn style.

Splined sockets are thin wall and the nuts are thinner so you can use aftermarket wheels with less back spacing and smaller pockets. I actually love the splined nuts, easy to get on and off and stay looking good longer, just need to make sure you have the key

Got 4 broken spline sockets sitting on the work bench now. The spline sockets for lug nuts are normally a thin wall socket and splits down the side. Using them with an impact wrench is not a good idea.

I switched from spline to acorn Gorilla lug nuts. Yeah.....the Gorilla keys are strong.

Wheel Pros said they’d be back in stock at the end of the month. Now to find a good blank steel center hub cap thing for my Methods. Not a fan of the blingy thing that’s on there now.
