If I had a bigger garage I might have already driven down there. If you zoom in on the picture it shows that it is Coats 30-30. I think both gas stations I worked at way back in the day had Coats 40-40As.

I've got AEV beadlocks on my JK and they are sticky weight balanced. I've got Method Beadgrips on the JT. I'm guessing you're aware of those but I've run 6-8 psi in the truck and never lost a bead using them. I do miss having a sacrificial ring but it's less headache of loose or seized ring bolts (or a couple that have bolt heads ground off on rocks. Honestly though the ring bolts haven't come loose ever on me.

So cool. Not horribly far. I’m going to try to do it with the manual tools I ordered today. But I’m serious in that I do think a tire machine and balancer are in my future. Probably 3-5 year future, but let’s be honest. I’ve got chronic self sufficiency syndrome. And it’s terminal.

Ya, that seems pretty high to me. Plus, I'd try to hold out for one of this style...

Not necessarily that particular one, but that style. Will cost more, but so much easier to use

It's not worth it, I don't do enough car tires to pay for it. I have a manual harbor freight changer I use several times a year for motorcycle tires and one off car tires as needed

This is what I use, mostly the stand with my spoons. I have it bolted to the concrete floor.

The bead buster should work fine, just remember to remove the valve in stem first before you break the bead.
