Trailer break control is gone. At least on the rubi I was building

Now that sucks. TFLtruck said in their review vid that it was a dealer option. I thought they were mistaken. I guess not.

If this is the cost for the US,, I m act very disappointed to find out what a fully loaded Glad Rubi would cost here in Canada, I here and trying to figure out,, esp cost after taxes and what not is over 70g, Canadian. I was really hoping that this would be a highly valued vehicle,, with a decent cost,, however for what your getting comp to other full-size vehicles,, I m not sure if this 70g+ is act worth it,, that's a great and very cool downpaymnt on a home,, Esp in the economy of today where, many people are loosing their homes and jobs on a daily basis,,, I may go a different direction due too, this reason, cause if I cant have what I want in a jeep,, fully loaded Gald Rubi, in Gater Green Manual, I m not willing to settle for a lower version,, I d rather spend the money else where, Esp with the deprecation of vehicles,, I m defin going to see about discounts and what-nots in the future before purchasing now,, Not Fair with all the hype and secrecy,, I can now see why they did this,, Wowow,, Not impressed with the comp, I guess we all see and find out. So looks like I'll just get the launch edition.

Brake controller isn't even an option any more on the build site (dealer installed?). I'll just pull my Tuson DirecLink brake controller ( https://tusonrvbrakes.com/collections/direclink-brake-controller) from my Grand Cherokee. Still the best brake controller I've ever owned. Only downside is the display unit I usually suction to the windshield. I have an extra Jeep/Dodge cable, so hopefully it will just plug in like on the GC.

Rear bumper side step is listed on Sport and Rubicon models without a price for that. Is not listed for Sport S or for Overland. But the good thing is that the truck itself is free, only have to pay for the options and for the delivery. Good deal there.

The website has been updated I am able to access it from a computer and it has the prices of accessories, as well as destination charges.

Ok so my build is 56k but what does that mean for invoice price? Can someone with JL experience fill us in.

Loaded rubicon was just over $62,500. That's loaded full size truck price, ouch!!

Within 4k of a loaded king ranch f150. And with rebates on f150 almost exact same price. I know two different vehicles, but expected a bigger gap between a gladiator and a full sized truck.

Disappointed, honestly as it may deter me from going this direction.

So the build and price is making me select a tonneau cover in order to get dual tops. Hoping that is because they are still working some bugs out. Otherwise I might have a brand new tonneau cover to sell.

I just built a Sport S. All pricing was on the Build & Price site (but no brake controller as others have mentioned). I wonder if it is automatically included with Max Tow? My total was just over $48k ... within $500 of the price on our estimated excel file.

Have we heard any dates regarding "late availability" colors?
