its been over 24 hours since i put my reservation in. NO PHONE CALL STILL from FCA im in WA. I spoke briefly with the dealer(out of state) who confirmed my info address and such and I reiterated to him that I have registered and have not received a call yet from the FCA. Dealer said they would place order. We havent discussed price yet nor have I given a deposit. I havent even had a call from local dealers....WTH JEEP? At this point I may be s.o.l.

Price should be 1% under if you have affiliate number and the dealer can order for you right away. Get him a deposit and an email signature on some order correspondence and have him send you the VON when he processes the order. Should be simple and around $57k before tax plus a $75 admin fee.

I'm just north of you in Arlington and I put in my reservation yesterday afternoon. I got the call from FCA this morning by someone reading a script and not doing a good job of it either. He said I would have to contact Rairdon's (Smokey Point) and I said I prefer a different dealership and to not give Rairdon's my phone number. He said he would add that to his notes and call back later. I have yet to hear from him again but have already received 2 text messages and 1 email from Rairdon's. My dealer of choice has my order in and I am told it's good to go.

Still no call from the concierge, but dealer was able to place the order and sold it to me under invoice! Put my deposit down and have a VON! If Jeep kicks it out, I'm going to be one unhappy camper since I have two confirmation emails. Good luck to everyone else on order or in waiting!

Did you actually get the order processed or just Pending Order status? Asking as I still haven't received my concierge call but went to dealer, he wrote up order but wouldn't process FCA affiliate pricing. I paid a deposit, got my VON and we manually wrote up the deal for supplier pricing (invoice less 1%) but I still don't know how much that will actually be. Curious if you left your dealership with the build showing FFP, FWP etc or just the MSRP like mine shows. Thx.

I placed an order yesterday at 6 pm with confirmation letter received a few minutes later. Today NO CALL or Email from Jeep. I saw post above that someone reserved 2 or 3 times. So tonight about 9 pm placed another request and got Email that they had all been reserved and I would be put on a Wait list. Have been by my local Dealer yesterday before my order and tonight. They are nice but confused about how Jeep was rolling this out. I hope my first order secured mine and tomorrow will be my day. For those that were called today. I think I may have check the wrong color Silver instead of red. Those that saw the dealer today did you get to confirm or change color choice. Thanks in Advance.

So yea, I'm not sure who said it, but that whole concierge thing seemed like a bit of frustrating nonsense.

I filled the on-line form twice yesterday (missed that you were suppose to choose a color the first time) right after the link went live 1:04PDT and 1:10PDT. Kent @ Peterson put my info in again 2:41PDT. I got two calls early this AM (6:06 & 7:15). Got a 3rd one (message) ~5:30PM. I'm guessing the 3 calls are tied to the 3 pre-order site entires. Kent entered my order today ~9:20AM.

If those times sync up, then they are still calling people who put in reservations late yesterday. Also, if others are in my boat with multiple pre-launch forms filled out, then Jeep may have multiple "soft" reservations that will clear when dealers don't enter an order to go with them. Also, others may not actually sign a purchase agreement or put a deposit within 7 days and those "soft" reservations will clear.

I wouldn't be too concerned about being "wait listed" or not receiving a call, though like many folks on here did, just contact a dealer directly if you really gotta have a LE. I still think, when all is said and done, that they will not have 4190 pre-orders, and the rest will end up on dealer lots (like many of the other special editions I've seen).
