My friend at the dealership doesn’t think he can order one until I get the call from the concierge
A sales legit sales guy that works at fca on facebook said if you just go through your dealership and they don't go through the process of calling the concierge then you will not get one

I placed my order on 3 April at about 2020. However, it is now 0800 on the 5th and still nothing from the CONcierge. I guess I should take this as a sign that the LE is not for me...

Just got the call about 45 minutes ago. I had my email confirmation at 4pm ET yesterday.
Ya, Ordered mine yesterday at 5:45 pm
JUST received the call from FCA today at 1040.
"Hey Antwan, glad you called. Can you Call my dealer and give him my control number? Thanks!" :LOL:

I think we're having a failure to communicate.

FOR ME:
I did the email reservation on 4/3, received the confirmation.
I placed my order and paid my deposit yesterday at 545pm.

I received the FCA Concierge call (the call I was supposed to receive yesterday) today at 1040.
Instead of telling him he's late (not his fault), or telling him I already ordered, I asked Antwan (The FCA Concierge) to call my "Preferred Dealer".

Thx for clarifying. I placed my reservation late on 4/3 (maybe ~9PM EST) so I hope you were before that time? I also ordered the truck at my dlr yesterday but no concierge call yet. Sounds like later Wed reservations are getting concierge calls today.

I registered on 4/3 at 1:02 pm pst on jeepgladiatorlaunchedition.com and 48 hours later no phone call from the FCA

I tried to chat with jeep and this is what I got

I have registered on the 3rd 1pm pst for the gladiator registration launch. I have yet to receive a phone call from a FCA GLADIATOR CONCIERGE.

its been 48 hours since i registered an no phone call. others on jeepgladiator forums registered after I did and recieved a phone call or several phone calls. I have not even received one from a dealer!

Just got off the phone with my dealer. Said that of the 4 they ordered, jeep has only confirmed 2 of those as BX-order confirmed. I think the other 2 people were not on the pre-order internet approach. I think they just asked the dealer to "order them one" base on what my dealer told me. When I got the concierge call he specifically said he was going to verify my order with my local dealer. Not sure how that happened, maybe just in the computer system instead of a phone call? Anyways I have a BX status and I am on an adrenaline high like you cannot believe...

Same for me. Chatted twice with difft reps, no freaking clue what they're doing. Had them look up my VON from the dealer after I ordered last night (hoping the orders that matched emails on reservations might have been taken off the call list since we already have orders and dealers) but nothing. No record of my VON in their system. Called dealer as he'll lose the sale if the concierge doesn't ensure they get the early reservations processed. We'll see....but what a cluster so far....

As one of those 2 orders that have not been confirmed. I did attempt the pre-order internet approach, received my confirmation email but was never called. I gave up on waiting for the concierge and called the dealership and placed my order. While I'm hoping it confirms soon I'm not holding my breath.

Like you I placed my order before talking to concierge (you beat me but I think I was second...)
When I got the call I told him I already placed order with my dealer and he said he would mark in down that I already placed an order.
