Another great build!

Exactly what size tire did you have mounted?

I would tell you, that if you can run 35's and NO lift, then DO IT! If it was a perfect world and physics did not apply to Jeep then instead of Lifts we would put on lowering kits. Gravity is NOT your friend in serious rock crawling.

I ran 37's on my TJ Rubicon, everyone said you could never get them to fit, even the mags said that. Never tell me the engineer it cannot be done.

That said I could get a 5+ in lift out of 3 in, the trick is in flattening out the junk that hangs down. I have seen plenty of 4, 5, 6 in lits that could not crawl over what I just crawled over. In short, what I did was smooth out the undercarriage...lots of cutting and welding.

Looks good. I think I’m going for 35s no lift on a rubi.
It looks really good! Someone will have to test it for the space available when the sway bar is disconnected, but I think it’s not that bad!

Looks great. What kind of drop in MPG do you think you have with those?
I actually saw very minimal. From the drive to the tire shop to the ride home I saw less than 1 mpg drop in gas mileage. Im still averaging 17.8 being easy on the throttle and using cruise control. City driving drops is to 16.1

Great pics. How is the road noise and harshness of the ride with those tires?

Honestly I dont think its bad at all. They is a slight ride and noise difference (increase) over the Falken Wildpeaks but not enough to outweigh the look of the MT over the AT. I actually love them and have had several people look the JT over that agree of the look. IMO the Toyos ride much harder and noiser than the BFGs. I have Toyo 37s on my 2500 so I speak from experience. I have 37 KM3s on on of my LJs and Goodyear Kevlars on the other. I could/would have went with either one of those.
