Hey TexOps, did you install this yourself? If so, might need to find a day where we’re both off (I’m an operator too) and do a driveway session for this on my Gladiator when it finally comes in.
Sure we can do that it’s easy really

Was the Alloy USA 1 1/2” kits that you used the leveling kit for the JL? Thanks!

What are the measurements from ground to fender on front and back if you don’t mind? I’m debating the RC 2.5 level but if this sits perfect I’ll go with it instead.

I can’t remember the measurements before & after but i did check from the tire to the middle fenders and the are now the same level. One level kit uses 2 1/2” spacers I couldn’t see installation of a 2 1/2” front level kit that would jack you up 1” in front. My Nitto’s are 33.8” tall & about 33.5” mounted with 33# pressure.

So after work yesterday i installed a pair of Factory Rubicon Fox shocks for the rear . It started raining so that’s all i did. Drove to work this morning & man the ride was WAY better not the rear bounce i have on the highway probably because Overland softer springs . Anyway i couldn’t believe the difference. So today i installed my 0-2” fox shocks i had ordered just an upgrade so no more shock extensions. We will see work ride tomorrow. When i find time I’m gonna swap springs, control arms (if they are longer) sway bar links. I bought a Rubicon JT suspension complete for $250. I want to keep factory springs for towing reasons. Also why I’m not going any bigger tire than 285/75/r17 . I love the look of 37” & 40’s but that will kill my towing. I’m happy & that’s all that matters.

I believe the control arms and sway bar links to be the same, but let us know if you determine otherwise.

Oh i will I’ve been working so no time for the rest yet i can tell you that the fronts & rear springs one is noticeably taller on each, the higher numbers are taller. So I’m assuming the side with the tank might be taller? I’ll have to find out.

So prior to the front shocks; you had the alloy 1.5 kit, and rubicon rear shocks? Even if for a short period of time- you were happy?
I plan to do the 1.5 level; are the shock extensions problematic or noisy or anything? I too, don’t plan to go over 285/75r18 on stock overland wheels.

Would you recommend bump stop extenders with the 1.5 inch level kit? Not necessary?

The shock extensions were no problem at all still rode well , i just wanted a upgrade and went with the proper size shocks & better quality.
