I asked alot of particular questions about window and storage placement and options from the pics I have seen. I'll post what I get.

Hey @G8R , what kind of window options does it have? Or are you running a/c in there for the dogs?Yes, I spent the big bucks. I just hope it arrives by the end of September as I really need this installed by October. I think the black top with white doors would actually look better on my rig but with dogs in the back I feel the white top may be a bit cooler. I also thought about the white top with black doors but I think it looks a bit odd. Since I have a full white Storm Trooper already I may as well continue the theme...
comes standard with Cab side sliding window. Optional side door sliding windows, no option for rear sliding window.Hey @G8R , what kind of window options does it have? Or are you running a/c in there for the dogs?
Front sliding window. Solid driver side door. Sliding window on the passenger side. In the summer I suspect this will be insufficient for my dogs (Fall, Winter, Spring should be fine). I am rethinking having them in the back and will likely do a rear seat delete and have them in the cab instead (they have made a huge mess of my seats already... and of course with 2 golden retrievers every time I open the windows it is a dog hair tornado inside.). Oh Well.Hey @G8R , what kind of window options does it have? Or are you running a/c in there for the dogs?
I've got an English Mastiff and a long coat GSD - so hair AND drool. There's no way I want them in the cab outside an emergency trip to the vet. I'm in California and need it cool back in the shell or bed. Dang it, still no good solution!Front sliding window. Solid driver side door. Sliding window on the passenger side. To test it you find the biggest hole. Tape a 4 inch long by 1/4 inch wide piece of toilet paper to the outside near the hole. Turn on your fan system and observe what is happening to the air flow. Works great unless you are driving... I've used this method in work (chemical fume hood attached to the front sash so that there is a constant visual indicator of air flow) and in my home made positive pressure fume hood for finishing wood working projects. It works quite well and is as cheap as you can get.how do you test for negative or positive pressure inside a topper? Reason i'm asking.....I have used some super powerful computer fans, wondering if you could wire up 4 of them with a filter to create your own positive pressure filtered topper solution.
Open both sliding windows. Get a couple of shop vac hoses and attach to the rear seat AC outlets and put the hoses into the back???I've got an English Mastiff and a long coat GSD - so hair AND drool. bummer, cuz I need to do the test while driving to see if the fans have enough flow to create the positive pressure required to overcome the vacuum.o test it you find the biggest hole. when I get my katzkin seats i'm going to cut a Y into the rear seat hvac ducts and have it plumbed right to the fan under the Katzkin Degreez hot/cold blower unit for the seats. I hear this helps to supercharge the heated/cooled seat functionality on other vehicles, not sure if this has been done on a JL or JT yet.Open both sliding windows. hmmm, frustrating.FYI. For the side windows we can only do 1 and it is centered mounted. Might be great for some, but in my application with wanting half storage boxes, it doesn't really make sense as the window would be half way over the storage boxes. Otherwise he didn't really answer my questions as to where the half storage could be located etc. Here is the pic he sent me of how it would look.

I'm pretty sure there's a small air vent under the seat, so you wouldn't have to use the air vents on the back of the center console. I've been thinking about a way to build some ducts that redirect the air between the rear seat cushion and seat back. Maybe some flexible duct hose and a vacuum cleaner attachment like this one, and then I wouldn't need Katzkin Degreez.when I get my katzkin seats i'm going to cut a Y into the rear seat hvac ducts and have it plumbed right to the fan under the Katzkin Degreez hot/cold blower unit for the seats. SO, i think its a possibility for dogs in the back too.
