I feel your pain. I've been dealing with them and I've been rather frustrated. My truck I ordered came in and now that it's time to go over lease numbers they have blown up. Money factor rate so high that it doesn't make sense me driving from CT to pick it up even with the 6% below invoice. I can do better staying local. As I questioned everything based on the research I've gotten from his forum and others they questioned how I got the banks money factor rates. Side note I have tier one credit and they where offering a .00295 Mr on lease.

Nothing surprises me with car dealerships anymore and their sales practices. Not excusing the behavior but physical presence trumps anything still in the ether with online or over the phone sales. Coupled with the fact it is the end of the month, those sales guys would prostitute their mothers, girlfriend or pet dog to make quota and I can see them giving it to a walk in customer first.

I don't think I would be too worried about the alpine but I would tell them to give you the aux switch group for all of your trouble. It is on the Mopar accessory list so you can get it separately. Here are the part numbers for the black and chrome bezel.

For my zip code, the money factor on the sport and sport s is .00220 and for the overland and rubicon is .00200 but it’s a regional number. Have you tried US Bank? I think they’re at .00169 with a slightly lower residual. Might make sense for you.

They are not being upfront with the rates. I wish I could go directly to these banks. I'm challenging the rates theyvare giving me because I've been doing so much research they actually questioned whether I had a friend who works at a dealership giving me the MF.

It is 2019, deals are done all the time over phone and behind keyboards. They should have not sold your truck plain and simple. If it were me I would be pissed too so I wouldn't blame you if you went and purchased somewhere else. I have learned that sometimes if I can put my ego and bitterness to the side there is a great chance I could benefit more. I hope things work out for you and you get your new JT.

Well, I just got off the phone with the GM of the dealer and we decided to go forward with a similar built JT and wouldn’t you know it, it got sold last night too. Ugh. Luckily they had another identical spec in stock and I took it. Jeep should be delivered to my driveway Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m just glad it’s all over.

Did they run your credit? If so your score just dropped for no good reason. Also always walk into a dealership with a preapproved chedk from your credit union...and again, never let a dealership run your credit, NEVER.

They did not run my credit. And since it was a lease, they would have to run my credit. And since I was out of state, I couldn’t walk in lol

I made another thread on my deal and they did run my credit for that and took my money for the drive off amount. The Gladiator should be here Tuesday or Wednesday (fingers crossed)

GL I plan on buying a stock stingrey and I am learning a lot from all you folks that are getting them. It takes me a while to pull the string on a jeep and it looks like this ones gonna take a while.
