I have not asked but I can tomorrow. I know that paint is running 2 shifts from previous questions I asked so I would assume the assembly is also running 2 shifts as well. That's how it usually works.

I asked my dealer who was giving me almost daily text updates and he never saw a date. Went from D1 to JB (10/11) in like 2 1/2 days. Hit JS the next Tuesday and KZS on Thursday. My build sheet showed up I think late Friday or Saturday (it won't show up until after it is built). I got my sticker on Saturday so 2 days after I was notified of KZS. So you won't have a build sheet until it is built and no sticker until lit is fully released for shipping.

Not me. I ordered mine Oct 5, got a vin, still in D status.

My build abbreviation sheet shows that from D1 to complete is typcially 12 days.. Ordered 9/23 and i received my VIN almost immediatly. I was at D1 (all materials required are accounted for and unit is sequence for production) all last week, and now that they are rolling Gator through, i went from D1 yesterday to F (paint) today. I would think the build sheet becomes available I or after, and then window sticker is J or after.
E – framing
F – paint
G – trim
Built:
I – unit built, pending final inspection
J – vehicle passed final inspection but not released to carrier
JB – shipped to body vendor
JE – shipped to emissions
JJ – consigned to body vendor
JS – shipped to storage
KZ – released by plant and invoiced
Traffic Codes:
KZ L – released but not shipped KZ M – first rail departure

I waited for the painted hard tops to be available, and perhaps that's what the holdup is now. Just got off Jeep chat and still just D!

I'm still thinking they are ironing things out so they're sticking with Sports and will move to the Rubis once things are running smoothly.
