Taking Aux switches from JL & installing in JT

I’m looking to remove the AUX switches from my 2020 JLUR and install them in my JTR. Has anyone done this before and if so is this an exact match/fit?

Were they factory installed? I don't think it's worth the hassle and extra work for whatever will be saved by not just buying the set needed for the other vehicle.

If the switches from the donor vehicle were dealer installed, transfer to another vehicle will be easier than switches that are factory installed. There's still the issue of flashing the head unit to recognize the switches, or tell it they are no longer there.
