And now the Gator trifold bed cover. I like it ok, it might need to move back on th ebed 1/3 or 3/8" but as you can see with th emark on the tailgate it does have some coverage. Im disappointed that the rear latches are right at the b ed lights, and that will be exacerbated if I do move it aft a skosh. super easy install. As shown the 10# fire extinguisher is a bit high and does rub on the cover so thats a no go vertically but the little CO2 tank clears and can be mounted when /if I get the Molle panels

Thanks for posting these. That's a bummer on the rear latches. I saw a video where the guy got them to clear the lights but it was close.

OK, Pics from this weeks work, first the 'cargo management" system rails I think I can atill add the Molle bedside panels with these in place

Those I got from uscargocontrol. I think that the name. Macs sells them too and several others. Uscargocontrol though had the tracks in better lengths and powder coated in various colors. Orange fades badly btw. And they had various types of anchors also in colors. I've been using the system for years and have found them very reliable and versatile

They look well made. Did you just use the standard L track and drill your own holes? What type bolt did you use to secure them in place? Thanks in advance for the help.

I used the installed captive nuts and redrilled the channel. I'd prefer to drill new holes and either nut sets or a washer and unlocks on the back but the factory nuts are already there and I'm not allowed to drill holes in the truck yet.... so I used some 6 mm flat head stainless screws in the existing locations. The rails do come with mounting holes predrilled but they didnt line up this time

Installed my Facebook find Mopar Steel Bumper. Got it for $300 including fogs, skid, all hardware, and the end caps - a hell of a deal.

You should have installed a winch plate at that time as well.

I’m still actively researching which winch I want. No rush on it because the JT is more of my daily driver than it is a trail rig, that’s what the TJ is for.

Finally got naked for the first time last week.

Alumni visit at Clemson University.

Wife took the wheel for a while.

Throw back photo opportunity.


Then installed the Metra JP-1014 6.5” speaker pods and some Focal RCX 165 speakers in the dash knees. Took me 6 months to build up the courage and confidence to disassemble my dash like this.

All back together!

Spent the afternoon with my daughter letting her drive us around enjoying the new speakers and sunshine.
