They are heavy, 8 6v lead acid, electric pontoon. The worst is getting each into their lil cubby holes. Now to take 8 cores back to Costco, $15 each
That’s cool. Whats the motor?

The hubby & I are always so busy with our gun club. This weekend was another work weekend. The bed was full of all sorts of working tools. Trips back-n-forth carrying supplies/wood/trash.
Had a picnic committee meeting at 9am
Had a ‘new range committee meeting at 1pm (3-4 new ranges being planned)
Installed range markers on our multipurpose range.
Replaced several shot-up target posts & support beams on all ranges.
Took lots of photos of all projects, for the newsletter (I’m the Newsletter Editor)
I’m also in charge of the picnic games, ticket sales/collection, setting up tent rentals. I‘m also in the process of setting up RSO classes for the Exec Board, Committe Chairs, and Event leadership.

The jeep is a mess…..I think staying home today and giving Izzy a good washing would be a good idea!!

So you have an…….EB? (Electric Boat) I knew electric trolling motors were a thing but not full on pontoon boats. That’s interesting. We have a 55acre lake in my HOA that fuel motored boats are prohibited on. Wonder if I could get away with a small electric pontoon boat out there. :CWL:

Yes, you can. Our lake is electric only. I started out with a 54lb thrust trolling motor mounted to the transom of a 20ft pontoon. Then wifie wanted throttle and steering wheel so she could drive. We had to go down to 2011 to get down to $10k cash. Just a reference price for ya. Good luck, you will be getting 1:LOL:

I’ll have to check with the office and see. Honestly a 55 acre lake isn’t that big so a boat the size in your picture would be WAY overkill but it would definitely make a statement. :CWL: Maybe I can find a mini pontoon just to get out the middle of the lake for a water nap and some good fishing. :like:

Today we did Engineer pass and Ophir pass. Engineer was sketchy as your still had snow above 12,500 and turning wasn’t the greatest. I freakin hate snow, but I was here so I did it. Much prefer Moab and other rocky places.

They won't let you just use the trolling motor?

We primarily fish/boat on electric only lakes. We're still able to use the lakes as long as we don't fire up the motor and we always have it tilted up.

Kind of an odd circumstance here. The lake is in the middle of the HOA. Houses and an airstrip all around it. In the center of the lake there is actually a burial ground. Original owners of the land from back around 1800’s. Partly they don’t want the noise pollution and I think partly because of the wildlife. Ducks geese cranes turtles bass other assorted fishy types. Even saw a bald eagle this morning during my walking lap around the lake. I’ll see some in a kayak or a canoe every now and again but other than that it’s only HOA maintenance boats out there cutting back pond weed and such.
