Me too...I want an Airstream...
Wow. What does that weigh? Seems like it would exceed the capacity of the truck.Tow my Forest River Salem cruise life 273qbxl.... surprisingly rows well. Glad I went with that larger camper, so much space and room is worth it. Definitely getting use of my tow capacities!
Right at 6000 dry, about 6600 loaded with our stuff. Max tow towing capacity is between 7650-8200 depending on who you talk to.Wow. What does that weigh? Seems like it would exceed the capacity of the truck.
Very nice. That would be an awesome increase in space camping from my 25’. Glad to hear the JT tows it well!Right at 6000 dry, about 6600 loaded with our stuff. Max tow towing capacity is between 7650-8200 depending on who you talk to.
Tongue weight is about 700 which leaves with 860 left in payload.
it actually does really well surprisingly!
What are the numbers on your rig?
Took the trailer and family up to south lake Tahoe this weekend. I'm pretty close to GCWR with family in the truck. Most of the time my wife and girls will be driving separate so we can bring friends. Plus, I wont have to worry so much about what we bring. I was surprised how well the truck pulls this load. It is very composed, just a little under powered, once we got up to 7000 ft and did a 10 mile 6% climb, to 7700 ft. I am probably going to regear it to 4.56, to take a little stress of the engine and trans, and give it a little more torque on the climbs.
I have close to 34” tires and a 2” lift... didn’t notice any difference at all.. if anything handles better with the wider tires. The tires won’t change your towing capacity that is listed on your door jam. And especially w your 4.10 gears it’ll have no problem w 33s
Pulls great at around 4000 dry with Max Tow. I would like to move up to a better 33in AT tire but I like how it rides and don’t want to sacrifice comfort for looks.
