He is very good about answering emails. Unless he is off. Never tried phone.

Best to use email as you have a record of the conversation.

He's pretty responsive by email, typically I get a reply from him within 1-2 hours when asking for updates or have a question. Overall pretty quick.
By phone, he returned my call within a few hours, seems like he's pretty busy but he seems to take the time to get what you need answered.
Since this thread has afforded him additional opportunities he may be bombarded with questions and calls, so I would be a little flexible if he doesn't reply too quickly...

I called him a few weeks ago and He got back within a few hours. However, I'm in the process of an order and He's been a bit slow the past few days in responding, both phone and email...Said His boss is out and He has to cover his duties so I'm guessing that plus all the orders from forum guys is probably what's slowing his response time...
