Hey all!
I wanted to see what everything recommends for a decent A/T tire. I don't plan on lifting my Jeep at the moment. From what I have gathered, you can fit up to 33" tire without a lift and have no rubbing. Pictures are welcomed!

I grabbed a set of Falken ATs off of a Rubicon JT. They LOOK great, and have performed on mild trails well. Snow is TBD

My Overland with Rubicon A/T take-offs. They are snow-rated tires and work perfectly.

Stock Overland H/T tires are 32.2 but they call them 32s
Stock Rubicon Falken A/T tires are 32.8 but they call them 33s

I really like this setup.

I just put a set of Toyo Open Country AT3's on mine, and I love them! They balanced perfectly, and are very smooth. These are a 295/75r17.

Anything BFG is what I would suggest. I'll never put anything else on any truck or off road vehicle I own. Never had a bad set and on my 4th and I get the most life out of them over anything else I've ran, Toyo, Goodyear, Yokahoma, cooper and Ironman to name a few. They also perform better. The only other brand out of those mentioned I would say would be Coopers, they would be my second choice.

Falken Wildpeak AT3W - best AT tire I’ve ever had. Period.

But are BFGs ok for cars, too?

Never ran a set on a car but I supposed so, HAHAHA, good point
I've never run them on a truck - but liked them very well on cars.
Gee, I forgot - I liked them so well on that car.............

My Eagle needs new tires, might try them on that, too.
But since I have two sets for the truck already, will be a long time before I need tires for it.

Seriously, though, I do like the BFGs I've run, good grip, good tread, never an issue at all ever. (anything to avoid the local firestone store)

Another vote for Bridgestone.
I put these on my Gladiator:
Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S 693. They do pretty well in mud, wet & snow.
Discount Tire has the stock size (245/75-17) on sale right now for $105/ea. Hard to beat that price...

Cooper discoverer, 35 equivalent, fit fine without lift but I did leveling kit on the front for aesthetic only.
