RedRock 4x4 bumper opinions / reviews?

Santa brought me a RedRock 4x4 bumper for Christmas. Just got it mounted up, but I’m unsure if I should attach the bar or not. Currently I do not have a winch, but it is in my future.
It DOES come with cover plates for the mounting holes if the bar is not installed
The bar does provide mounting points for lights on top....

Opinions please.

Put the bar on, looks incomplete without it.

Bet if you want to add lights on it, you could find a welding shop to do the work to add mounting tabs, then a powdercoating shop to take care of the finish.

I added the Rockrock stubby bumper with the LED jeep logo. I like the look. Ready for my winch install and will be deciding on the hoop at that point.
