How do you use the APH-CH01 harness to use factory wiring when upgrading

So we are at a bit stuck. Upgraded all spakers and have installed the PAC AP4-CH41 R2. I am going to use a 5 channel amp to power the speakers and newly added subs,

I have the premium audio already, and bought the APH-CH01 harness to tap into the existing factory wiring, yet we can’t quite figure out this thing works. The instructions are vague. Has anyone used one of these harnesses? I have a lot buttoned up and dont want to run wire to each speaker but will as a last ditch effort.

The APH-CH03 is for our vehicles im not sure if the 01 is compatible.
