Blown Radiator Reservoir

Let me start off saying this is not my Gladiator but I was present when this happened and found it strange enough to post about it. It’s a 2020 Sport that was being taken thru some deep mud. I’m guessing something pretty extreme most have happened to cause this But can’t for the life of me figure out what.

I have blown a few head gaskets on supercharged 5.0 motors. When the head gasket goes, Crank case pressure from the motor gets by the blown head gasket and goes into the radiator and blows all the fluid out the overflow. Usually, you just get a ugly mess. I have never seen an overflow bottle explode like that, but, I guess it still could be a blown head gasket.
How does it run ? Is it blowing white smoke ? Is the oil milky white ?

Note: It also could be worse... ie. water in the intake/hydrolock/cracked you know what....

I am with the head gasket or a hydro lock theory. Normal cooling system does not generate anywhere near that pressure, so it had to have crossed over from a compression stroke past the intake gasket into the cooling system.

Not sure the current status of the Jeep. Last I knew it was not running.
