Is it possible to retrofit install radar cruise?

Its the one thing mine didnt come with, and since i was negotiating the deal for the one they had on the lot there wasnt a way to order it. After using it in my woman’s GC, I want it. People in the US cant maintain steady speed for shit on the interstate.

Is it as simple as changing the wheel, adding the sensor, and activating the dealer code?

It's not an add-on option. If you want it, you will have to trade-in for a truck equipped with it. It involves a $1K camera, radar unit, and data processing unit.
