Usually do this to get the bikes to the trailhead. Rocky mount fork mounts directly mounted to the front trail rail bar. It does the trick but the clearance for a through axle mount is really close to the tonneau cover so it’s a pain to do it every time. Takes a lot of patience and will power. I think the Voodoo rack and Yakima high road upright racks is the best option. My YT Decoy is too long to close the bed so the backup camera is useless and the storage with 3-4 bikes is almost nonexistent the way I’m doing it now...

Rocky Mounts make a fork mount for QR and Thru axels that direct fit in the trail rail rack.

https://www.amazon.com/RockyMounts-LoBall-Track-quick-release/dp/B019709IBU?ref_=ast_sto_dp

I have one on each side and adapters so I can switch between QR for road and thru axle for gravel / MTN bikes.

I also have a Thule hitch mount. But I prefer the fork mount in the bed because the hitch mount blocks the camera and causes havoc with the backup sensors.
The product description doesn’t state it’s compatible with jeep. Can you upload a picture of what your setup looks like?

I use the QR and through axle fork mounts on my trail rail system as well, but the through axle is tough to use with the tonneau cover... and my bike is an inch too long to fit with the tailgate open so I lose the backup cam...
Same issues... I have to roll the cover up tight to the cab to keep it off the forks, but the metal crossbar then is very close to rear glass. If I use the thru axle adapter with the GR mount I can swing it up and out of the way. I have yet to find a "perfect" solution that works with the cover.

Made my own hard cover for the bed with Yakima load bars and trays. No holes drilled except through plastic bed rail cap.

Would love to, but the gladiator got t-boned by 19 yr old kid who ran a red light.

This is the exact model I bought. I think most C-Channel accessories will work in the trail rail. I know for sure the rocky mounts does.

FWIW, if you go the Rocky Mounts route, you can order them direct so they all have the same lock core and only need one key.

Here is the best pic I can provide of the rocky mount fork mounts. I have 3 QR mounts and 1 through axle. It works, but it’s very difficult to use the through axle mount with the tonneau cover on.

I decided to go with Dreaded1’s idea of using a KB Voodoo rack and a set of Yakima bike racks to regain the dry storage underneath, reclaim my rear backup camera and cut down on the time I needed to remove the front wheel because of the through axle mounts of the old way of mounting our bikes to the trail rail. So far so good! Thanks for your help Dreaded1!!!!
