Only problem I have had was a leak in the back of the hard top, thought window but after checking tightened the three bolts in middle of top 1/2 turn leak went away.

In their Jan 21 new car reliability article, Consumer Reports rated the Gladiator 99, higher than any other car. Second place was the Miata at 98.

That also supports the "forums are a place to voice your displeasure, and loudly if you wish" thing.
Seriously? That's WAY more than I would have ever expected even with my good luck.
What about the Grand Cherokee? I'm REALLY curious since we bought a 2021.

My JT - I had a loose, not great fitting tonneau cover - replaced/covered under warranty. Took some talking and JeepCares being involved, but I'm not upset with the process or results. I just wish the dealers knew more at that time. I was one of their first trucks in their shop!
I had the brake controller issue ABS flash resolution - I chalk some of that up to the virus, and perhaps engineers having other plans that never got carried out in the 2019 build dates. It was frustrating as heck and I made sure everyone knew it - but we found a solution (my dealer was the first to contact STAR team about it)
But that was more an accessory thing - had I not put in the MOPAR controller, I'd not have seen the problem.
So far - no leaks, at least none I've seen and I DO pressure wash the thing at times.
No rattles. Engine runs fine. Transmission shift pattern sucks - but a PCM flash improved that a lot. We'll see when I tow.
Everything the truck came with works and works fine - "as designed".
I found frame rust I do not like - but then, no worse than either my Chevy or Ford trucks. I am OCD about rust. It's where things are welded or there are compound and complex shapes and surfaces were obviously not clean and the paint didn't adhere.

I will say that having experienced fishtailing and other things related to traction - and now the other day I backed into a turn-around area beside our driveway - and there was snow pack there, and when I put it in drive to go forward, it spun the rear wheels and there wasn't any trace of traction control at all, none. No brake chattering, nothing. I had to let off and feather it to move. I suspect part of the issue may have been LSD - both wheels slipping and spinning at the same speed, it didn't see a problem?
I AM going to talk to the dealer about that now. That experience combined with other times I felt I should not have spun tires or lost traction, the fact I can nail it and hear the tires spin on the pavement.......... my Chevy would never allow that and my wife's GC will simply walk out of the driveway - and you can hear the brakes work if she loses traction at one of the wheels.

We all have that, use the voice command button to search for POIs.
"All"
Not one other Gladiator on the lot had Uconnect Search & Go.
It requires a subscription.
Can you show me yours working so I can show the dealership here.
There's nothing at Jeep.com, the owners manual or on the internet about it.

Took mine in to get the back window leak fixed. Going on two weeks now with no update on when Jeep or glass manufacturers will be able to provide glass. I was told all allocations are going to new models.
I’ve got you beat. I took mine to the dealer back in Nov ‘20 for the rear glass leaking and the glass still isn’t in. I finally called Jeep and complained. The case manager has been awesome so far and seems to be moving things along. Every time I called the dealer it was just a “we’re still waiting...Covid, you know, blah blah”. My glass is supposed to be in around Feb. 8, finally. We’ll see.

Other than this issue, my Gladiator has been awesome and trouble free. I love it.

That was a high reliability score for a Jeep model in a CR report. Here are the numbers for the rest of the model line up. It is hard to reconcile the Gladiator score with the Wrangler score. These scores are based on feedback from CR members and historical data is considered. So if the Wrangler has a great year, it's score will still be impacted from previous low scores. The first year Gladiator has a clean slate.

Gladiator 99
Grand Cherokee 48
Cherokee 31
Wrangler 27
Compass 21
Renegade 19

I just bought 2021 JT Willy's and 6 days later I had to take it back to the dealer because the left rear shock was leaking oil and I haven't even hulled anything in it yet and seven days later it is still at the dealers because they can't get a shock.

Same thing happened on with my 2020 JT... Good luck! It took my dealer a couple of weeks to source the replacement.

So because of history those scores mean pretty much nothing? Sounds like if anything the gladiator for the first few years should be merged in with the wrangler. These also need to be broken out by generation to really start to show any kind of value.

Not sure if this is an intentional setting or not, but when I turn on my windshield wipers, the lights dim on the dash and radio. Was driving on a wet road in full daylight, so turned on the wipers on low to clear the spray being kicked up by the car in front of me, and suddenly couldn't read the radio. Turned off the wipers and normal brightness returned.

There’s a setting in the radio that automatically turns in headlights when the wipers are turned on. My first guess would be that is what happens which then sets your dash to the night light setting.
Can either turn that auto setting off or if for days it’s bright and rainy you just have to adjust the dash brightness with the little scroll wheel thing.

Lights also have to be on Auto.

Nice. Figured it was a setting rather than an actual "gremlin" because it was so consistent. Just surprised me because I had never noticed it before.

my JT suffers from the wandering/pull to the right

it took 3 times to the dealer for them to order the upgraded steering gear box. They told me twice they had to align my steering wheel haha.
