Does anyone know what our body panels are?

I tried to stick a magnet on one of my body panels today and it doesn't stick.

I believe the hood, doors and tailgate are aluminum.

the front quarter panels can be added to that list also. I was trying to stick to the inside the of panel on the drivers side. Ended up with the items stuck to a frame rail instead.

Tailgate is magnesium alloy. The only thing that's steel I believe is the floor pan structure and maybe the bed sides.

I don’t know about the other trims but on the Mojave, the hood, rear bottom panels, and bed sides are steel.

You will usually find these at the local auto parts store between the muffler bearing assemblies and the blinket fluid.

same. found that one of my businesses magnets won't stick....anywhere...

Most of the box is steel (not the tailgate.)
I was able to stick magnets most anywhere.

Has anyone actually checked the Sport hood with a magnet? The Mojave is steel and weighs like it.
