Thinking of going with either the Rough Country 3/4th inch or the Teraflex 1 inch leveling kit. Is it actually necessary to have an alignment done right away afterwards if that is all I'm doing to the truck? Thanks!

No. Only adjustment is toe-in which doesn't change with a lift. Caster would change with a taller lift, then adjustable LCA's might be necessary. No need to worry about trackbar either with that minimal lift.

I had to center the steering wheel after a 1" change but that's EASY in your garage or driveway.

Like already said, Toe doesn't change, caster change will be negligible with that small a change.

You will have to straighten out the wheeling wheel with the drag link adjustment link
Yep, good call. Forgot about the steering wheel. Easy to do yourself, there are a bunch of how-to videos online.
