I’m using a 37” Patagonia AT tire as a spare and I had to deflate it to fit. My guess would be that a 38” wouldn’t.

38's will not fit period,37"s are super tight

I wonder with Clayton's bent rear sway if you could run a 38? Would love to know, would make my decision between 37/38 much easier.

Tried it, didn't fit. The tire made contact with the tow receiver even when it was deflated.

Guess the Clayton rear track isn't my solution then to be able to fit a 38. 37's it is then.

It's hard to say since you can only raise it so much before making contact with the receiver. I think it would but I can't say for certain. I relocated my spare tire winch under my bed rack since it wouldn't fit underneath the bed.

My 37" K02 barely fit and its on the smaller side.
