There's at least 3 or 4 other threads on that very topic. 1 or 2 going back over a year, there's one that's been active just in the last couple of days as well.
Bottom line - it's engineered that way. Every roughly 40 minutes it does that for a few seconds.
No help to it. That's what they do.
Search for the other threads on the same topic and you'll have a couple of hours reading on the topic, all with the same conclusion - it's what they do under certain conditions.

Yup - normal refresh mode. It only happens under certain conditions and circumstances. Mine has never done it except on long drives of an hour or more. And then it only lasts a short time. I never had it happen until this June and I've owned the truck since November 2019. That's a year and a half of conditions not triggering that feature.
In short, it's not broken, it's not a problem to be fixed. It is what it is.
People don't like it and don't understand it, so they see it as bad.

This supposedly happened on my 2021 with under 5k miles on it. I say supposedly because the girl was driving without me. I got the "My AC doesn't work" text.

Wonder if this fresh air thing can be programmed off. I have windows down all the time, I don't need fresh air through the vents.

Turn off your HVAC system.

Turn off AC - or take it out of "auto" is so equipped. I run my HVAC in auto 100% of the time, I've got it set to 67 degrees in auto mode and leave it there year-round unless I need defrost.

Don’t use auto or turn it off is not a good solution
That's the solution. There's no magic wand here.
It can't be programmed off. It's part of the HVAC system. It's been around for years. If there was a way - I find it odd that someone would ask today and get an answer to the affirmative today.
IF you run with windows down, why is turning off the HVAC not a good solution?
It'll have to be, there is no other. It's not broken, it's designed that way for reasons.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable about it because Jeep is not going to change it.
