Wait, do you know something I don't, because Eaton has told me no every time I've contacted them.
No, I wouldn't myself do Eaton but OP already has an e-locker I would just add another. You could be able to source the rubi e-locker through MOPAR. It obviously exists even if they don't support it direct to consumer ATM.

I believe the Rubicon and Mojave are both running 4:10 gears, but locker would be the way to go.

If you decide to do JTR axle, remember it'll have to be from a diesel or you'll end up having to regear.
Isn't the Mojave 4:10 already like the Rubicon and Max Toe? The Diesel is 3.73. So if he uses a JTR diesel, he'll have to regear the 373 to 410?

Best thing is to put a E locker or ARB up front and keep his better knuckles in the Mohave over the rubicon axle

I was under the impression that the Mojave had 3.73 gears, but after further googling I may be wrong.

I looked into this but bought the Rubicon and added the Remote reservoir 2.5 fox shocks because that would not affect my powertrain warranty. I know the knuckles and frame strengthening are different but can also add that if I really wanted to. If I was adding to a mojave would probably go air locker. Also I thought the mojave was 3.73 for running in the sand but had the Rubi transfer case. Maybe that changed before production. edit- was wrong different transfer case but has 4.10s?
