What is the saying? "A picture tells a thousand words"? Hoping to see pics of those that are running the teraflex 1.5 or just 1 inch spacer with 35s on the Overland, Sport and Willys editions. There seems to be a ton of interest and questions so thinking a thread with pics would help us, those who are looking into this setup. Thanks in advance!

Why are there so many variations on lift dimensions?

Seems like most on this thread and others are 3/4" in rear and various in front. On an otherwise stock Rubicon, what is needed just to make it truly level?

Love all the pics! Awesome. Seems like a lot of use of takeoff springs. Anyone run just the spacers ?

I'd think you could, but the takeoffs are cheap and plentiful. How much wheeling do you plan to do? Game changers for me off road were:

1. Tires
2. Rubicon takeoffs
3. Regear to 4.88 But I live at 6,100ft and wheel above tree line a lot.

If this is just to put bigger tires on, the spacers will be fine. But....

Springs are coming out anyway, why not get a better than stock ride and a bit more height?
I spent the first 23 years of my life in Chicago. Those potholes are no joke. Winters are brutal.

Amen on the potholes! And you make a great point. I just need to do more research on the takeoffs. If I were to go that route, does it then require anything else outside the spacers and springs like shock extensions?

I agree with @DocMike. Although I don’t have a spacer lift yet. I do plan on the Teraflex like very soon. I initially planned on it first, however I too went with Rubicon take offs since I knew that in itself would give a little lift compared to what’s stock on a non rubicon model. Literally just installed them myself last week. After knocking that out, I def be doing the Teraflex install myself too. Since deciding to do the Rubicon take offs first (considering I got a decent deal on them and figured it was a no brainer and easy way to get a better suspension) I wanted to see how much natural lift the Rubi suspension would give me before doing the spacer lift. Considering the different compression rates. I got about a half inch up front and just under 1.5 in the rear. So I will be doing the 1.5 spacer lift next. But solely for aesthetic purposes. In all reality I could live with it as is. I’m running 34s. But I highly recommend looking into Rubi take offs as well. As mentioned you’ll have to take the springs off anyways, if you get your hands on some you could knock it all out at once.

Install of Rubicon take offs.

Afterwards; but still no spacer lift.

Nope. The Teraflex comes with a bump stop upgrade. You install that.
I am running this exact set up and I wheel moderate and occasional hard trails.
Did Imogene and China Wall with this. No issues.
