I ran the metalcloak front cover with my stock track bar and stock suspension on my Rubicon Gladiator. I only used the Gasket maker. It will not fit for sure with the rubber gasket. I 4 wheeled a lot with it. The whole time I thought it did not interfere at all. However, when I put on my 3.5" lift kit, I saw a little mark on the diff cover powder coating from the track bar touching it. I was not enough of a touch to take the powder coating off, but, it did scuff it up a little. If it touches, it will touch at full compression at the peak of the diff cover half dome. I used gasket maker, but on full compression did scuff paint on cover with no lift. I added the Metal cloak track bar and problem solved, track bar improved the driving feel also, was worth the investment.
